bpDAO governs breakpoints.live, its members, and resources. Members contribute by hosting or joining recorded "Build in Public" calls/sessions via Google Meet/Zoom. These sessions are live-streamed to the @breakpointslive YouTube channel.
There are two primary roles within bpDAO:
DAO Governance Member: Hosts and/or Editors.
DAO Member: Hosts and/or shares insights as guests.
Governance Members are initially DAO Members who host guests. DAO Members require referral, review, and approval from Governance Members before participating in recorded sessions.
To join conversations or become a Governance Member, you must:

Subscribe to the @breakpointslive YouTube channel.
Request to join and contribute to episodes
bpDAO collaborates with partners and clients globally, especially in the New Asia regions, to host and entertain a global audience.
Four primary roles and their responsibilities:
Customers/Sponsors: Pay/sponsor channels and request benefits from DAO Governance Members. Benefits include curated content, insights, and referrals for business opportunities.
Host/Co-host: Propose themes/topics for recorded sessions, host, and contribute.
Guest Speaker: Domain professionals invited by the Host and approved by a Governance Member to present on Breakpoints.live.
Editors: Governance Members fluent in using the required Tools & Apps.
bpDAO token insurance, distribution, and earning rules are designed to maximize community participation and hold Governance Members accountable for aligning their work with Breakpoints.live's mission. Tokenomics details are disclosed in group calls to authorized members upon request.
Revenue is tracked per episode, aligning with posts on breakpoints.live. Paid customers receive additional insight and referral services.
Revenue is split and settled per episode on a monthly/quarterly basis after its public release.
Hosts and Guest Speakers: Share 51% of the episode revenue (split evenly or as negotiated).
DAO Governance Member Editors: Share 49% of the episode revenue for editing, publishing, and promotion (Editors share their portion evenly).
Video call/recording app: Google Meet (episodes are live-streamed to the Breakpoints.live YouTube Channel).

Video editors: Canva.com or any editor's preferred tool.
